The National Innovation Conference (NIC 2010), an organization founded and created by the Greek America Foundation, is gearing up to welcome nearly 400 guests to Resolution Digital Studios on June 12th. The Conference is dedicated to the promotion and preservation of Greek culture in modern American society. For those who share Greek heritage, the NIC event brings thinkers, leaders, and doers together to share ideas that make innovation a part of their daily life, work, community, and philanthropy.

In the midst of the 3-day conference, guests will be brought from their hotel location to spend “Day 2” at Resolution. The day will include multi-media presentations from a dozen noted speakers, each of whom are successful in various disciplines of business, technology, education, medicine, culture, and the arts.

Resolution is producing NIC’s 2010 presentation day, and will create all media elements to support the presenters, including theme design, graphics, and animations for the opening, closing, and transitional segments.

To integrate the entire process, Resolution’s affiliate, Show Department collaborated with Greg Pappas from the Greek American Association to design and create the theatrical environment in Resolution’s main stage space, as well as manage all presentation delivery systems through the live event execution. Show Department, Inc. is responsible for consulting with each presenter to determine the best delivery mechanism for their material, as well as the dynamic use of presentation technology.

As a means of reinforcing the message after the conference, Resolution will also capture, edit, and compress the presentations so the videos are web-ready and can be posted to NIC’s website.

In addition to the formal presentation and core meeting agenda, a beautiful tented area in Resolution’s gated patio space will play host to the outdoor dining and networking portion of the event. The relaxed setting will provide a way to keep the topical conversations flowing while presenters and guests mingle.
